1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and fly33 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for or using any feature of fly33 — including casino games, live casino, slots, sports betting, the fly33 app or any promotional offering — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use fly33, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, valid mobile number and any other details requested during account verification.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would restrict your access to online gaming platforms.
• You must only register one account. Players found to have created multiple accounts will have all associated accounts permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

fly33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account use. If you are unable to verify your identity to the satisfaction of fly33, your account may be suspended or closed and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

3 Account Rules

Each player may hold only one active account on fly33 at any time. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions or exploit any offer is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your fly33 account. This includes bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact fly33 support immediately.

Your account login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — must be kept confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person. fly33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

Players are required to keep their registered contact details up to date. If your mobile number or email address changes, update your account information promptly. fly33 is not responsible for any missed communications sent to outdated contact details on file.

fly33 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on fly33 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversions applied to your balance. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account.

Supported deposit methods include:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet instant transfer
• Raast — interbank instant payment
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani commercial banks
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your fly33 balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. fly33 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• You may only withdraw funds to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published on the Deposit page. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your fly33 account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, real-money funds are eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fly33 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, free spins on selected slots, and live casino cashback promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms which are displayed at the point of claiming.

General bonus conditions that apply across all fly33 promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual bonus offer. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• fly33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds in the event of a breach of these Terms or the specific bonus conditions.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same offer is a breach of these Terms.
• fly33 reserves the right to amend the wagering requirements on active bonuses in exceptional circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

If you would prefer to play without a bonus, you may opt out at the time of making your deposit. Contacting fly33 support before claiming a bonus to request a bonus-free deposit is also available.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

fly33 offers sports betting, casino games, live casino and slots. The following general rules apply across all gaming products on the platform:

• All bets placed on fly33 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except where a specific cash-out feature is available and within the conditions of that feature.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or bet — such as a disconnection, server error or software malfunction — fly33 will use recorded data to determine the outcome. Where no outcome can be determined, the stake will be returned.
• For sports betting, fly33 follows the rules of each sport as defined by the governing body. Match results are determined by the official result at the time of settlement, including any extra time or penalties where applicable and stated in the market rules.
• fly33 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to an obvious error in the odds or a technical malfunction that resulted in clearly incorrect pricing.
• For cricket betting — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other formats — markets will be settled according to the official result. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results and abandoned matches are handled per the rules displayed within each market.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. fly33 only offers games from providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and verified.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fly33 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script or software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular player use.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional funds.
• Using payment methods registered in another person's name to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Providing false or misleading identity information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion in poker or live casino games, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of games or sports markets on the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level blocks imposed by fly33.
• Any activity that fly33 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud or financial crime.

8 Security & Privacy

fly33 takes the security of player accounts and transaction data seriously. All connections to the platform are encrypted. Player data is handled in accordance with the fly33 Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password strong and not sharing it with anyone.
• Logging out of your fly33 account when using a shared or public device.
• Reporting any suspicious activity on your account to fly33 support immediately.
• Not clicking on links in unsolicited messages claiming to be from fly33.

fly33 will never request your password, OTP or full payment card details via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request claiming to be from fly33, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Suspension & Account Closure

fly33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Activity that fly33 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other players or third parties.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account — including both deposited funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach (for example, at the player's own request), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your fly33 account at any time by contacting support. Please allow up to 5 business days for account closure to be processed and for any eligible balance to be returned to your payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

fly33 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability and accurate game data, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to fly33 at all times.

fly33 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from network outages, internet service provider issues or device failures on the player's end.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from use of the platform.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform that contains unintentional errors.

In the event of a technical fault that affects a game outcome or bet settlement, fly33's liability is limited to returning the original stake to the affected player. fly33 is not liable for any notional winnings that might have resulted from a fault-free experience.

Nothing in these Terms limits fly33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

fly33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

For significant changes — particularly those that affect bonus conditions, withdrawal rules or account eligibility — fly33 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via their registered contact details or through an in-platform notification.

Continued use of fly33 after updated Terms have been published on this page constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
